Private Pilates lessons utilize the reformer, stability chair and mat work. Our Stott Pilates based curriculum focuses on proper alignment, increased flexibility, endurance and core strength.
Through postural analysis and fitness goal assessment, we create a personalized workout to address your specific needs.

Studio is available to rent for small events, dance rehearsal space and photo shots. Shared kitchen and common area in building.
