Our focus is on having fun while getting strong. Work on alignment, flexibility, core strength, coordination, and a solid mind body connection.
Classes are open to all levels, no dance background required. Just a love of music and movement. Some classes suggest shoes (ballet basics) but beginners are welcome to just come as you are. Please wear clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, leave your shoes and your worries at the door.
Always wanted to try out the Pilates equipment? We offer Private Pilates lessons using the reformer, stability chair, barre, props & mat work. Fine tune your group class experience or find a safe way back into working out after a break or injury.
Our Stott Pilates based curriculum focuses on proper alignment, increased flexibility, endurance and core strength. Rehab or injury recovery work available.
Through a complete postural analysis we will create a workout that is specific to your goals and needs.
